Property Arriate have moved into a bright new office in the town centre of Arriate from where we hope we can service our clients more efficiently, least of all in you being able find us easier.
Along with the move into our new office comes some other new events.
We are pleased to announce our free WIFI access available to all, residents and visitors alike. You can now sit in the plaza in front of our new office, or in any of the bars with your laptop and access the internet free from our 10 Mb broadband service. All you need to do is come into the office, give us your name and email address and we will give you a password.
Finally. We would advise you not to wait too much longer before you buy because the £ Sterling has risen again in recent weeks to £1.17 against the €uro. The significance of this is that house prices in Spain will not drop much further now but are likely to start going up again in the second quarter of 2010.
